OBS can be used to record your screen, gameplay and record highlights. When everything else fails you can use OBS or SteelSeries moments to record your videos and highlights. Click the gear icon to open the settings.Open the GeForce game overlay using the hotkey (Alt + Z).If you have multiple monitors then this solution isn’t recommended. With desktop capture enabled you will be able to record your whole screen with GeForce Experience. When you’re unable to record or create highlights with GeForce Experience then you can switch to desktop capture mode. If the game is already in fullscreen mode then you will want to switch to windowed, then back to fullscreen. Click “Get Download” next to one of the game ready drivers.Ī possible solution is to put the game you’re playing in fullscreen mode.Typically you will only want to use one of the previous two drivers. If the issue you’re having is with a specific game then you will need to ensure that your chosen driver was released after your selected game. Switching to an older driver can fix the supported game is a required error. Relaunch the game and the required game error will be fixed. The easiest way to fix this issue is to close the recording software and any game you’re playing.

Some recording software, such as OBS, can cause issues with Nvidia features. Check the box to enable experiemental features.Click the three dots next to your current driver.

Download the available game ready driver at the top.

Use the drop menu to select the feature you’re trying to use.

Head to the Nvidia supported games page.

Even if your game isn’t listed it still may be supported as the list isn’t 100% accurate. Check Game Compatibilityĭepending on the feature you’re trying to use, the game you’re playing will also need to be supported. It is common for laptops to not be supported by Nvidia GeForce Experience features. Clicking on the feature will expand the requirements allowing you to see more detailed information. If the feature is labeled as “READY” then your computer meets the requirements to use the feature. You can see if your PC meets the requirements on the general page inside the app. GeForce Experience features need specific hardware requirements to work.
